• Payment information: Billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Card numbers are processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
• Communications: Messages, emails, and other communications you send us.

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from your customers (if you are a Magnico client)

When your business uses our AI voice receptionist, chatbot, or other automation tools, we may process information about your customers on your behalf, including names, phone numbers, appointment details, and call recordings. You are responsible for ensuring your customers are informed about this processing.

Sharing Your Information

Service providers

Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation platform), Vapi or Retell (voice AI infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and email/SMS delivery providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Magnico, our clients, or others.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Call recordings and conversation logs generated through our AI services are retained for 30 days by default unless you request a different retention period in writing.
